After three(3) successive outing of the WIN9GERIA | The Summit since 2019 in both Lagos and Abuja. The summit which has grown to become the leading cross industry platform in Nigeria, for holistic intersectoral conversations around Nation building and personal development.

In 2022, the innovative spirit of Signature Initiatives LTD (the organizers of Win9geria) following feedbacks and the knowledge gaps, has futher created the WIN9GERIAX as another brand extension of the WIN Brand.

The WIN9GERIAX is a mentorship bootcamp, Leadership challenge and idea acceleration programme. It is designed to transfer knowledge, shape cultures, give credit supports and connect Industry captains with aspiring, growing and emerging creative Nigerians. Applicants interests and creditable projects and ideas must fall into in any of SOCIAL, FAITH, BUSINESS, GOVERNANCE AND CORPORATE categories of influence.

Challengers will be groomed to develope capacity, through a 8weeks period of virtual and physical bootcamp of Idea generation, Business and Organizational management trainings; voting, house and field tasks that will test Leadership and influence of their persons and works, access to experienced mentors; membership to Africa’s Largest creative Ecosystem.
